Admission

You do not need to pre-book to enjoy Nanaimo FlyO’Land Indoor Playground; however, party bookings must be made in advance, either book online or inquiry in person.

Rules

Children under 10 years old are permitted access to the indoor playground. Children must be supervised by adult (19 or older) all the time. One adult per child can access the play area free of charge.

Each additional adult admission with same child costs an extra $10.
Adults and children ensure keeping shoes off and socks on before entering the indoor playground; Anti-slip socks are available for purchase at the cashier.
Outside food, snacks, and beverages are prohibited inside the indoor playground.
Zero tolerance for the consumption of alcohol, drugs, and cigarettes or other tobacco products on the premises.
FlyOLand shall not be responsible for any broken, damaged, or missing personal belongings in the facility. Lockers are available with a $5 refundable deposit (cash payment only).
Before accessing the indoor playground, please remove all loose, sharp, or dangling items.
Only one child use each slide at a time. Children should always slide down feet first with their necks upright in a sitting position to prevent head, neck, or spinal injuries.
Keep arms beside laps or crossed on the chest while using the slides to prevent finger, wrist, arm, elbow, or shoulder injuries.
No pushing, hitting, pulling, or swearing allowed on the premises.

Notes

Other attractions, including Arcade and VR Games, are not included in general admission and require separate payment. A signed waiver is required for all guests before entering the playground.

1-Hour Pass: $14.99/Child With one Adult
2-Hour Pass: $24.99/Child With one Adult
$5 will be incurred if exceeding the time limit by up to 15 minutes.
Free admission for child under 12 months with a paid sibling from same family

Adult Admission:

One Adult
$10.00 applies for each additional adult if more than one adult accompanies the same child to access the indoor play area.
