Before you Book
Booking your party is easy!
Select your preferred date and time through our online booking system. Your reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Our team will contact you approximately 3 days before your event to review your guest count and any final details.
Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.
- Food & Beverage: Food and beverage service is only available during your reserved Party Room time. Please remind your guests to bring their own water bottles, or they can purchase drinks from our cooler in-store if needed.
- Guest Count: We only count the number of children for the party, not the attending parents. However, please ensure you select a room size that accommodates all guests, including adults. A surcharge will apply if the number of adults exceeds the number of children.
- Food Portions: The food included in our party packages is served in children’s portions. Outside food is not permitted, except for birthday cakes or cupcakes.
- Additional Food for Adults: If you’d like to provide extra food for adult guests, additional large pizzas (14”) are available for purchase.
- Check-In Process: Guests can check in according to the time stated in your booking. For first-time visitors, guardians must sign a waiver upon arrival.
- Grip socks are required for all children and adults entering the playground.Grip socks are available for purchase at our front desk if needed.
