Safety Guidelines

Flyoland provides a safe and exciting environment for children to play, explore, and learn. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all visitors, please adhere to the following rules and regulations:

Only children under 12 years old are allowed to enter the indoor playground.
Children must be supervised by an adult aged 19 or older at all times.
Each child is allowed one accompanying adult free of charge. Any additional adult will be charged a fee of $10 per person.
All adults and children must remove their shoes and wear socks before entering the playground. Grip socks are available at the cashier for $2 each and can be reused.
Outside food, snacks, and drinks are prohibited in the playground (except for food purchased by the host during parties and baby food for children under 2 years old).
The use of alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, or other tobacco products is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Flyoland is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings. Lockers are available with a refundable deposit.
